About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented US Channel & Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and increase productivity. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong time management, proficiency in various office management tasks, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Delivery Platform Operations & Onboarding

• Oversee the full onboarding process, manage account setups, and daily operations of Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other key delivery channels.
• Refine menu configurations, delivery fee strategies, and subsidy programs to boost visibility and sales.

● Growth Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan and implement on-platform promotions (e.g., first-order discounts, bundle offers, special subsidies), track ROI, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with platform marketing teams to secure featured placements and co-marketing opportunities.

● Business Development (BD)

• Identify and negotiate partnerships with IP collaborations, lifestyle brands, and relevant B2B/B2C partners.
• Leverage affiliate marketing, community engagement, and influencer collaborations to attract new customers and encourage repeat orders.

● Company Culture and Administrative Support

• Answer and route calls, emails, and other communications.
• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Ensure efficient use of office equipment, supplies, and inventories through preventive maintenance.
• Prepare and update documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
• Order office supplies and manage inventory.
• Process expense reports.
• Serve as an ambassador of employee engagement by organizing activities and company celebrations.
• Greet guests and visitors warmly.
• Support team members with project work and administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 1-3 years of experience in the F&B or FMCG sectors.
• Proven experience managing Uber Eats, DoorDash, or similar delivery platforms.
• Strong campaign planning skills and a growth mindset with hands-on execution experience.
• Excellent negotiation and deal-making skills for BD partnerships.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to learn new software and systems.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Location:

• This is a five-day on-site role.
• Willing and able to travel to the NYC and NJ offices.
