Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruitment and hiring process from start to finish. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring operations by coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and supporting recruiting activities across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all phases of the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive and timely experience
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support recruiters in sourcing candidates and reviewing resumes when needed
  • Prepare and send offer letters, background checks, and onboarding documentation
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide scheduling support
  • Assist with recruitment metrics reporting and analysis
  • Help organize and participate in career fairs, campus recruiting events, and internal hiring initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate engagement strategies

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS)
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Customer-service mindset with a proactive and professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools
  • Knowledge of basic HR principles and employment law
