**Job Title: Wire Cutter** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Wire Cutter to join our dynamic team. This role involves identifying, measuring, and cutting wire, as well as performing quality control checks on wire length and cut precision. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to cross-train in various departments within our warehouse, ensuring a well-rounded experience. **Responsibilities** + Identify, measure, and cut wire accurately. + Operate a sit-down and stand-up forklift for minimal periods. + Conduct quality control on wire length and cuts. + Utilize a handheld RF scanner to manage wire inventory. + Receive wire, load it onto racking, and stage completed orders. + Organize electrical products within the warehouse. + Lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day. + Assist in other warehouse departments as needed. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of experience operating a sit-down forklift. + Experience with RF scanners. + Basic math skills. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Production assembly and wire cutting experience. + Experience in inventory, picking, packing, loading, and shipping. + Personable and communicative nature. + Willingness to learn multiple skills and adapt to various tasks. + Ability to take and implement constructive feedback. **Why Work Here?** Our team values work-life balance, ensuring that work does not follow you home. With over 15 employees working during the day, teamwork and cross-training are emphasized. Managers actively participate alongside employees, providing support and feedback. The warehouse operates 24 hours a day, five days a week, with occasional shifts on Saturdays. Overtime is typically during weekdays and is mandatory when required. Once converted to a permanent employee, pay increases based on performance are common. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
