Job Description

Our client, a global 3d design software company, is actively looking for a Program Coordinator to join their team in Waltham! This role is onsite hybrid 3 days a week so local candidates are required.

***This is a 1 year initial contract with the opportunity to extend or convert***

Responsibilities

SEK (Student Engineering Kit) Program Management

1. Oversee the full lifecycle of the SEK program, including tracking, reporting, and continuous process automation.

Certification Program Management

1. Manage access, distribution, and reporting for student school certifications.
2. Develop and oversee automation pipelines for certification delivery and tracking.

Veterans Program Management

1. Support outreach, onboarding, and engagement of veterans into internal ecosystem.
2. Lead automation of application, tracking, and reporting processes.

SOLIDWORKS for GOOD Program

1. Automate workflows for applicant intake, communication, and progress monitoring.

Student Sponsorship Management

1. Coordinate sponsorships for student teams
2. Streamline documentation and sponsorship tracking through automation tools.

SKILLFORCE Program Oversight

1. Oversee planning, operations, and reporting for SKILLFORCE.
2. Manage end-to-end automation of program activities.

Video Uploading and Management on YouTube

1. Publish videos to YouTube via Kapost.
2. Ensure tagging, titling, playlists, and metadata are optimized for EDU engagement.

Project Tracking & Reporting

1. Maintain dashboards and track KPIs for each EDU initiative.
2. Provide monthly updates to stakeholders.

Cross-functional Coordination

1. Work with marketing, legal, and sales teams to align program deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years in project management, education program coordination, or related field (ideally within an enterprise technology, engineering, or manufacturing organization)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience using automation tools
