Job Description

Our customer, a multinational technology company , is looking for a Legal Program Manager to help their legal Program Management Organization with tool and technology related workstreams aimed at identifying new key functionalities, developing trainings, creating knowledge-sharing mechanisms, and supporting the operations legal teams in a variety of project and program-based initiatives.

Start Date: ASAP

Location : Preference for onsite work 5 days a week. However, flexible and open to hybrid work arrangements.

Duration: 6-12 months

Responsibilities

  • Leading specific legal-based programming and projects.
  • Coordinating across a team of legal and business partner stakeholders.
  • Working with internal legal tech teams.
  • Creating and managing centralized learning resources for legal team members and their business clients.
  • Exploring new tech tools and AI resources.
  • Help develop internal legal goals, advise on process improvement and simplification, and conduct data reporting and metrics analysis with key legal leaders.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and project tracking tools.
