We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bath and Kitchen Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of residential kitchen renovation and installation projects. This role is responsible for ensuring that all project requirements, timelines, and budgets are met, while delivering exceptional customer service that reflects the Aloft Experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on field experience, and the ability to manage multiple kitchen projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage kitchen renovation and installation projects from initial measurement through final inspection.
· Conduct accurate site measurements and generate precise material orders.
· Coordinate with permitting offices and HOAs; schedule and attend inspections as required.
· Develop and maintain project schedules, communicating clearly with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
· Schedule and oversee delivery of cabinetry, countertops, appliances, and finish materials.
· Assign and supervise subcontractors and in-house labor for all phases of kitchen installations.
· Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.
· Conduct site walkthroughs and address any customer concerns or punch-list items.
· Manage warranty claims and service-related follow-ups.
· Track and ensure timely collection of payments at key project milestones.
· Supervise and support installation and service team members, including performance management and scheduling.
· Process bi-weekly payroll for installation and service employees.
· Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites and warehouse environments.
· Enforce adherence to safety protocols and company policies across all job sites.
· Provide legendary customer service and uphold Aloft's commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in kitchen or residential construction.
· Strong understanding of kitchen design, cabinetry, and remodeling processes.
· Excellent communication, scheduling, and organizational skills.
· Proficient in construction management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
