Civil Engineering Office Leader | North Dallas, TX

A nationally recognized engineering and consulting firm is seeking a Civil Engineering Office Leader to lead its operations in the North Dallas office. This is a senior-level leadership role ideal for a professional with a strong background in site/civil engineering, team management, and business development.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the office, including staff development, project oversight, and operational management.
• Lead and manage site/civil engineering projects from concept through completion, including site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control.
• Oversee and support the preparation of design documents, permit applications, and technical reports.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships; identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement office growth strategies.
• Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and compliance across all projects.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of experience in site/civil engineering, with a focus on land development.
• Proven leadership experience, including team management and business development.
• Strong technical expertise in stormwater management, grading, and infrastructure design.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD and/or Civil 3D preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client-facing skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.
