Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Health Insurance Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of selecting the best health insurance plans that suit their needs, providing clear and personalized recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on various health insurance plans, coverage options, and benefits.
• Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable health insurance solutions.
• Provide detailed explanations of policies, terms, and premium structures.
• Assist clients with the application process, documentation, and claims support.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and exceptional service.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new policies, and government regulations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong consultative selling ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain complex terms in a clear and relatable manner.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a US citizen

Location: We are offering both in person positions at our St. Petersburg Florida office and remote positions!
