Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Crookston, MN. The General Manager will oversee daily operations of the store, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining inventory. Additional responsibilities include developing strategies to improve sales performance, training and coaching employees, handling customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The General Manager will also seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Leadership and management skills, including team-building, coaching, and performance management
Sales and customer service skills, with a focus on meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer experiences
Organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient store operations
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and customers
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and implement solutions
Experience in retail management or a related field is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous
