A prestigious wine and spirits boutique in Palm Beach is looking for a versatile and service-driven individual to join our close-knit team. This position combines retail wine sales, private client service, yacht and jet provisioning, wine tasting support, and local deliveries to some of the most discerning clientele in the region

Key Responsibilities
Retail Sales & Customer Experience
•. Deliver exceptional service to walk-in and repeat clients
• Provide curated recommendations for wines, spirits, and premium gifts
• Foster relationships with local, seasonal, and VIP clientele
Wine Tastings & Events
• Assist with the setup and execution of in-store tastings and brand activations
• Confidently present varietals, pairings, and brand stories during tastings
• Support wine education efforts and stay updated on new releases
Estate, Yacht, and Jer Provisioning
• Fulfill high-value wine and spirits orders for local estates, private jets and luxury yachts
• Ensure accurate, elegant, and timely order packing and delivery
Delivery & Logistics
• Deliver wine and spirits to marinas, private residences, and airports
• Represent the brand professionally during drop-offs and client interactions
• Assist with inventory preparation and timely execution of delivery schedules
• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and report logistics updates to the team
Inventory Management
• Receive and organize incoming shipments
• Keep retail displays clean, elegant, and aligned with brand image
• Operate POS and inventory systems

Qualifications
• 2+ years in retail, hospitality, or wine sales preferred
• WSET certification or wine education a plus
• Strong communication skills and client-first mindset
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and assist with deliveries when needed
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional in appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
