Job Title: Union HVAC Tech

Pay: $110K Per Annum (negotiable)

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Tech to provide maintenance and repair services for a Global Tech company campus based in Seattle, WA. As part of the team, you will ensure the efficient operation of critical building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. This role requires mobility between sites and excellent troubleshooting skills, with a focus on creating a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Respond to service requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to healthcare operations.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring compliance with Company and Client standards.
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support Maintenance duties on a high-tech facilities campus based in Seattle, Washington.

Requirements:

• EPA or equal HVAC certification
• Proven experience as a HVAC Technician, preferably in a Tech or commercial setting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across the campus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and management.
• Flexibility to respond to emergencies and work outside regular business hours if necessary.
