Are you a Resource Manager with a strong engineering and fintech background who can lead workforce planning for billion-dollar fintech clients in a fast-paced, startup-style consulting environment? You’ll wear multiple hats overseeing talent pipelines, working closely with project managers and clients, and serving as the central coordination point across executive leadership, engineering teams, and recruiting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Proven experience managing resources for engineering teams.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and technical delivery lifecycles.
  • Proven ability to manage resourcing for mission-critical and revenue-driving client work.
  • Maintain an eagle-eye view of all technical resources across multiple projects and teams.
  • Collaboration with client stakeholders, engineering managers, and delivery leads to plan, assign, and forecast staffing needs.
  • Coordinate with the recruiting team to fulfill real-time and future hiring demands.
  • Report directly to executive leadership with insights on utilization, bandwidth, skill coverage, and roll-offs.
  • Balance project-level priorities with company-wide talent strategy.
  • Track bench, ramp-ups, roll-offs, and skill gaps across all engineering pods.
  • Ensure proactive communication across all stakeholders to avoid bottlenecks and delays.
  • Work in real time with mission-critical projects with tight deadlines.
  • Document and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and analytics related to staffing and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline (mandatory)
  • 10+ years of experience in resource management or technical program operations in fintech, banking tech, or consulting.
  • Engineering or technical background (Computer Science degree or equivalent).
  • Excellent coordination, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience supporting delivery teams in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Familiar with tools like Google Sheets, JIRA, ATS platforms, and project tracking dashboards.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
