Supplier Relationship Specialist

The Supplier Relationship Specialist serves as the main point of contact for suppliers and internal teams, overseeing the supplier lifecycle and ensuring compliance with company requirements. This role manages supplier data, supports supplier-facing applications (Workday, Oracle Supplier Portal, iPayables, ISN), and provides training and resources to drive efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage new and existing supplier relationships to maximize value and maintain compliance.
• Support supplier onboarding, registration, documentation, and risk assessments.
• Provide guidance and training on supplier-facing applications.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure policy adherence and improve supplier processes.
• Monitor compliance documentation and support supplier diversity initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field.
• Interest in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or account management.
• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.

Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
