Strategic Operations Lead — Elite Marketplace Startup | SF-Based | $120K–$230K + Equity

🧠 What You’ll Own:

  • Grow the recruiting partner network: work directly with elite independent recruiters, helping them win clients, close candidates, and scale revenue.
  • Operate the engine: design and manage internal workflows, tools, and reporting systems that keep the marketplace humming at scale.
  • Drive marketplace performance: oversee quality, responsiveness, and ROI across the supply side, ensuring top talent is placed quickly.
  • Shape strategy: collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities, expand verticals, and continuously improve the recruiter experience.
  • Be the connective tissue: you’ll sit across ops, growth, and partner success, making real-time decisions that drive platform outcomes.
