Our client, a bank in Morristown, NJ, is hiring a new Sr. Analyst in their 2nd-line Operational Risk team, owing to growth in the bank's size. The position would report to the head of the function and be responsible for risk assessments, controls, and providing a confident, firm challenge to 1st-line business leaders.
They're targeting someone with minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience and who can work out of their Morristown office three days per week. Someone with a risk assurance/risk advisory/audit background from Big-4 would do very well in this role.
