The Business Analyst is responsible for identifying business needs and determining technology solutions. They act as a liaisons between stakeholders (including internal/external customers, IT teams, and management) to gather and analyze requirements, document processes, and ensure that solutions meet business goals. The Business Analyst will help define project scope, priorities, and deliverables while managing risk and ensuring that the final product aligns with user expectations and organizational objectives. They will also participate in testing, training, and implementing systems or processes.
