Job Highlights:

  • This role requires a strong, sales-savvy individual to drive revenue income and manage corporate partners. 
  • You will be responsible for the entire sales journey from securing the initial lead, converting it into a sale and the successful planning and activating the sponsorship experience for the partner.
  • The primary focus of this role is to deliver and drive corporate sponsorship sales over 2 million in the next 18 months. 
  • We want you to think big, building key relationships and delivering show stopping results.

Direct Report:

Christo van Rensburg, Tournament Director

Former #1 doubles team in the world and top 20 singles player in the world. Olympian and Grand Slam winner.

Responsibilities :

 

  • Build and strengthen new corporate partners to become event sponsors
  • Create short and long-term sales objectives
  • Enhance and generate revenue through hospitality packages and group sales
  • Network and build relationships in and around the region
  • Create and develop proposals and presentations to meet clients’ objectives
  • Execute contracts followed by activations
  • Proactive planning and implementation of corporate outreach strategies to drive revenue throughout the year
  • Be present and support in the execution of the sale

Tournament Week Responsibilities: 

Manage the sponsor suites and hospitality areas.

  • Some years of proven successful corporate sales 
  • Passionate about sales and driving revenue 
  • Ability to cultivate positive relationships

  • Negotiating contracts
  • Strong communication management
