Hybrid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Dayton, OH

Location: Columbus, Ohio (Hybrid – In-person & Remote)

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Schedule: Flexible hours

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a hybrid capacity , serving clients both in-person in the Dayton area and remotely via teletherapy. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals across various age groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to clients in schools, clinics, or homes, as well as via telehealth.
  • Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain documentation and comply with federal, state, and organizational standards.
  • Attend team meetings and continuing education as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Ohio SLP license and ASHA CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (CFY considered with strong candidacy).
  • Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and digital documentation tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation for local travel.
