We are looking for a Smartsheet expert to support the deployment of the new Global Regulatory Affairs Functional Team (GRAFT) Hub 2.0 Template. The role involves leveraging Smartsheet’s features to design dashboards and other visual representations of project data, timelines, calendars, and statuses, while automating functions and integrating with Power BI and/or other Microsoft Office applications. The consultant will be responsible for configuring Smartsheet to meet business requirements, implementing necessary updates and automation, and offering recommendations for process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess the current GRAFT Hub and 2.0 template design.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand project management needs and requirements.
  • Design, configure, and customize Smartsheet solutions to align with project objectives.
  • Implement automations, workflows, and integrations to increase operational efficiency.
  • Advise on best practices and provide recommendations to improve the user experience.
  • Suggest strategies for utilizing Smartsheet plug-ins, such as Data Shuttle.
  • Ensure data integrity, security settings, and appropriate permissions.
  • Train and support project team members on Smartsheet functionality as needed.
  • Document implemented solutions and provide guidance on their maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Smartsheet usage and integration.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Smartsheet development, automation, and optimization.
  • Strong proficiency in Smartsheet formulas, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Experience with workflow automation, data linking, and permissions management.
  • Ability to assess business needs and translate them into effective Smartsheet solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with other project management tools and software is a plus.
