We’re looking for an Office & Shipping Clerk who thrives in a hybrid role — splitting time between office responsibilities and shipping/receiving tasks. You’ll be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring everything from customer communication to logistics runs smoothly.

🔥 What You’ll Do

Office Operations

• Be the first friendly voice customers hear — answer calls, respond to emails, and provide top-notch support.
• Maintain critical records and documentation for orders and deliveries.
• Perform data entry, filing, and assist various departments including sales and accounting.
• Schedule pickups/deliveries and keep vendors and customers in the loop.
• Keep office supplies stocked and support basic marketing tasks.

Shipping & Receiving

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments — identify and report any issues.
• Prepare outgoing shipments with accurate labels and required documentation (BOLs, packing slips, etc.).
• Coordinate freight carrier pickups and maintain organized shipping records.

✅ What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and an ability to juggle priorities.
• Solid communication skills and a team-player mindset.
• Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
