Job Description

Our client, who is prominent in the media advertising space, is looking to hire a Senior Operations Lead to join their team in Austin, TX! The Senior Operations Lead is responsible for managing the execution of OOH (out of home) campaigns from start to finish. This includes production, vendor coordination, inventory management, and installation logistics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing complex operational workflows within the media or advertising industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of OOH campaign operations including production, installation, maintenance, and takedown
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Manage vendor relationships, timelines, and quality standards
• Develop and implement operational processes and systems for scalability
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and compliance
• Resolve logistical challenges and address issues in real time
• Support reporting, inventory management, and data accuracy
• Mentor junior team members and support cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in OOH operations, production, or project management
• In-depth understanding of print specs, installation methods, and market regulations
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and vendors simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and tools like Monday, Asana, or Smartsheet
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
