As we expand our market footprint, we are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Business Development Associate to help drive enterprise growth.

Role Overview

As a Senior Business Development Associate , you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-impact partnerships and institutional deals. You will lead go-to-market efforts for tokenization solutions, digital asset platforms, and other fintech innovations, while navigating the complexities of enterprise-level client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert B2B/enterprise-level leads across financial institutions, technology firms, asset managers, exchanges, and Web3-native businesses.
  • Drive strategic outreach and lead generation initiatives, with a focus on complex, high-value, cutting-edge technology sales deals .
  • Lead and manage the full business development lifecycle—from outreach, discovery, and proposal development to deal negotiation and closing.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to internal product and legal teams, ensuring deal structures align with technical capabilities and regulatory frameworks.
  • Represent the company at industry events and in external meetings, driving visibility and partnership opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional partners, clients, and ecosystem players.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of evolving crypto and DeFi trends, with a focus on tokenization, blockchain infrastructure, and enterprise adoption .
  • Track pipeline activity and outcomes in the CRM; generate reporting for leadership and inform forecasts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or partnerships, preferably in fintech, blockchain, SaaS, or capital markets .
  • Experience with institutional/enterprise-level clients is a must .
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder, high-value technology deals .
  • Strong understanding of the blockchain and DeFi ecosystem, including tokenized assets, digital infrastructure, and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience working on tokenization initiatives or tokenization deals is a strong plus .
  • Previous M&A or project management experience is an asset , particularly if involving strategic partnerships or financial product integrations.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, compliance, and legal teams to close technically and legally sound deals.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.

  • Network of contacts in institutional crypto, DeFi protocols, or fintech venture ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of securities, custody, or compliance as they relate to digital assets.
  • MBA or other advanced degree in finance, business, or a related field.
