Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager based in Hickory, Greensboro, Southern Pines, Winston Salem or Wilmington, NC. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing staff hiring and training processes, maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, and fostering effective communication within the team. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will handle inventory, scheduling, and budget management tasks.
