Job Summary: Champion the design, implementation, and coordination of robust QMS programs for assigned plants, guaranteeing adherence to contractual requirements, industry standards, and best practices through continuous quality surveillance.

Job Duties:

• Tackle quality issues head-on through troubleshooting and recommending solutions
• Ensure facilities and operations adhere to the highest standards through QMS management
• Monitor daily QMS operations, identify and communicate quality concerns to key stakeholders
• Collaborate with the design team to implement corrective actions and improve processes for enhanced product quality
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain consistent quality standards through effective communication
• Partner with program teams to ensure timely product launches
• Maintain regular customer interaction, address their needs, and log any customer issues
• Contribute to the development of a comprehensive Quality Control plan

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience managing a Quality Management System (QMS).
• Prior experience in auditing and equipment inspection (preferred).
• Deep understanding of manufacturing and production processes with a proven ability to solve problems in this environment.
• Excellent communication skills with experience working effectively with both internal and external customers.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and statistical analysis tools.
• Possesses a strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and best practices.
