As a Public Relations & Communications Assistant , you’ll help shape campaign messaging, coordinate live events, and serve as a vital connection between nonprofit clients and the communities they serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing PR strategies alongside the Marketing Manager

• Coordinate outreach events , manage event logistics, and ensure engaging public experiences

• Support cross-functional communication between partners, clients, and internal teams

• Represent nonprofits at events and effectively communicate key messages to the public

• Help design branded marketing materials and manage event displays and merchandise

• Track event performance metrics such as audience engagement, foot traffic, and product inventory

• Support community outreach efforts and collect data to improve campaign results

• Maintain professional relationships with venues, suppliers, and volunteers

• Propose new outreach opportunities to expand visibility and reach
