About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Private Estate Property Manager to oversee multiple luxury residences in Naples, Florida. This role requires a dedicated individual who excels in high-touch customer service, property care, and seamless daily operations while acting as the trusted right hand to the estate owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the impeccable condition of all properties, ensuring homes are beautifully kept, fully operational, and ready for the owners and guests always.
• Provide personalized service, anticipating needs and ensuring a discreet, efficient, and welcoming environment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the estate owners, handling requests with precision, responsiveness, and professionalism.
• Oversee household staff, vendors, and service providers to ensure high-quality maintenance and smooth daily operations.
• Conduct routine property inspections, addressing maintenance needs before they become issues.
• Manage scheduling for household services, deliveries, and special events, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Ensure security, discretion, and privacy always, fostering a safe and well-managed living environment.
• Proactively problem-solve and address any challenges while upholding the highest standards of estate management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Preferably 1-3 years of experience managing luxury estates, private residences, or high-end hospitality settings.
• Strong ability to balance warmth, professionalism, and discretion while serving estate owners and distinguished clientele.
• Expertise in property maintenance, household staff management, and vendor coordination.
• Impeccable communication skills, with the ability to liaise seamlessly between estate owners and service providers.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail.
