We’re hiring a Project Management Consultant Level III to support the U.S. Coast Guard’s Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC) through the Business and Logistics Management Support Services (BL/MSS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) .

In this role, you'll deliver hands-on project management , curriculum development, training, and advisory services that align with enterprise goals and drive performance across IT, logistics, and acquisition portfolios.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver project management training aligned with FAC-P/PM certification standards
• Provide expert-level guidance on project planning, risk mitigation, scheduling, and performance tracking
• Mentor government staff on project execution, governance, and continuous improvement
• Support enterprise initiatives involving acquisition lifecycle management, strategic planning, and organizational transformation
• Collaborate with USCG stakeholders to refine processes, tools, metrics, and governance frameworks
• Facilitate IPTs, workshops, and project status reviews across mission-critical programs

🎓 Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• PMP® Certification (required)
• ITIL® Foundation Certification (required)
• 8+ years of project management experience, including business process or acquisition reengineering in the federal space
• Familiarity with DHS, DoD, or USCG mission environments and frameworks

🧠 Preferred Skills

• Experience with:
• Acquisition support
• Lean Six Sigma or continuous process improvement
• Agile/hybrid PM frameworks
• Strong knowledge of project documentation, reporting, and portfolio alignment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
