Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including preparing agendas, compiling materials, and sending timely follow-ups such as minutes, updates, and reports.
• Maintain accurate data entry and updates across multiple internal systems.
• Deliver outstanding service and support to internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Support nonprofit processes with accurate data input and tracking.
• Monitor program expenses, track budgets, and process invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
• Act as the main point of contact for external vendors and internal departments regarding contracts, timelines, and deliverables.
• Respond to email inquiries and general outreach with a polished, professional tone.
• Create and distribute program materials via email campaigns, website updates, etc.
• Contribute to special projects and assist with a variety of administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• A foundation of experience. You bring a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in program coordination, project support, or administrative roles. Exposure to the nonprofit or healthcare sector is a bonus.
• A knack for precision. You have a sharp eye for detail and pride yourself on keeping things organized, from calendars to data systems.
• Confidence with tech tools. You're fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and feel at home navigating databases or online platforms.
• Proactive communicator. You write and speak with clarity and professionalism, adapting your style for different audiences.
• Self-starter. You’re proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of your work with minimal direction.
