Product Analyst – Customer Digital Solutions | Hybrid in Charlotte, NC

Optomi, in partnership with a Fortune 150 enterprise, is seeking a Product Analyst to join the Customer Digital Solutions team focused on delivering enriched customer and employee experiences through innovative technology across a wide range of digital touchpoints—including mobile apps, web, contact center technology, and more.

This role supports a portfolio of customer-facing Products & Services, working closely with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, execute digital improvements, and enhance enterprise-wide visibility of product outcomes. You’ll contribute to impactful initiatives such as eCommerce platform enhancements and mobile/web application optimization, ensuring that customer expectations are consistently exceeded.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with product owners and business leaders to gather and document requirements and translate them into actionable user stories (JIRA)
  • Support eCommerce initiatives by identifying enhancements, engaging stakeholders, and managing documentation
  • Monitor and maintain existing digital applications
  • Assist with user research, voice-of-customer analysis, and synthesizing internal feedback to drive product innovation
  • Perform key activities such as process mapping, value stream analysis, ROI analysis, and metrics development
  • Develop and execute quality assurance plans and support change management efforts for product rollouts
  • Build reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate product performance and updates to enterprise stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve user experience and operational efficiency
  • Present working product demos to leadership and engage directly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Product Analyst, Digital Business Analyst, or Agile Analyst role
  • Bachelor's degree OR High School Diploma with 6+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Experience with JIRA or similar tools for backlog management and user story development
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing expectations across multiple business units
  • Experience with quality assurance practices, change management, and business process analysis

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting digital customer experiences, preferably within utility, eCommerce, or enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, customer portals, or digital engagement platforms
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Ability to create and maintain dashboards and data visualizations
  • Background in Business, Industrial Engineering, or Information Management is a plus
