About the Job

The Placement Coordinator works with the Client Relationship Managers team, Employee Relations Team, and support departments, to oversee the placement of our medical professionals, and ensure they remain on an active assignment for the duration of their employment agreement with MedPro.

What You’ll Do

• Screen and identify qualified candidates for open positions based on clinical recommendation, and licensure eligibility. Discuss qualifications, work history and geographical preferences with candidates, CRM, and ERM to ensure that the submission is an appropriate match for the candidate.
• Daily follow up with AMs in the most effective manner to expedite placement of candidates, prior to scheduled US embassy appointment. Determine interview format with CRM and request the use of video conferencing tool to maximize client interview experience and engagement.
• Schedule and host all client interviews.
• Collaborate with the CRMs to ensure all submissions and placement information is entered in SS accurately, completely, and timely.
• Send out all candidate confirmations to the candidates for review and signature within 24 hours of receiving the offer. Conduct daily follow-ups with candidates to manage any questions about the placement and ensure that the confirmation is signed by candidate in a timely manner.
• Request first day information from CRM prior to start date, with specific reporting information to include scrub color, report time, point of contact, and facility address.
• Collaborate with the CRM team daily to discuss open contracts, upcoming deployments, follow up on submitted candidates, pending ends, pipeline placement goals, and placement challenges.
• Utilize strategic and critical thinking skills while maintaining a problem-solving attitude.
• Use daily planner to drive meaningful activity and yield efficient outcomes for the department. Review In Process and RTS candidates, In between candidates, placements that are ending without extension, to minimize risk of any candidate being in between assignments, requiring bench pay.
• Perform other duties as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred or equivalent experience
• Previous experience with success in sales, recruiting or account management

Compensation

• $50,000 plus $30,000 Target Incentive
• Weekly Pay
• Weekly Company-Wide Raffles based on production
