Joyce Koons Honda Buick GMC, one of the top Northern Virginia Honda dealerships, is seeking a Full-time Auto Parts Counter Advisor. We are a progressive, customer-focused automotive retailer located in Manassas, Virginia. As Parts Counter Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the store, on the phone and/or by computer, to complete orders in a timely and professional manner. The advisor must be able to demonstrate knowledge of products and their applications. Qualifications: * Considerable knowledge of Automobiles and their systems * Excellent communications skills – written and verbal * Attention to Detail * Five-day work week and rotating weekends * Able to repeatedly bend or stoop to floor level shelves * Ability to reach upper shelves with the use of a stool or ladder when necessary * Able to lift 50 pounds * Prior parts experience preferred * Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. * Must pass drug screen and background check We are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
