The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong focus on metrics, fieldwork, and expertise in social selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
• Conduct field visits to meet with potential and existing clients, understand their staffing needs, and present our services.
• Utilize social selling techniques to engage with prospects and build a strong online presence.
• Track and report on sales metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful placement of candidates.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of social selling and experience using social media platforms for business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
