Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Office Manager to join a growing firm near Brick, NJ. This role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly and will oversee accounting, HR, and administrative functions while working closely with partners and the management team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Oversee accounts receivable/payables, billing, collections, and bookkeeping
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support client billing processes
  • Contribute to process improvements and overall firm growth

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Experience in accounting or financial operations is a plus
