Caroline Lending LLC is recruiting an Office Coordinator to provide administrative support for Caroline Lending’s teams.
Caroline Lending originates construction and land development loans in 17 states for various projects. We are a direct lender and not a broker. We do not recruit from outside of Houston, Texas. Local applicants only please.
The Coordinator position requires a candidate possessing strong organizational skills who can process information efficiently. Candidate must be comfortable providing attention to detail while processing real estate transactions daily.
A key requirement is the ability to function with high level familiarity in the digital space of Windows based workstations. Each aspect of our portfolio is managed digitally via software. Caroline Lending originates hundreds of loans annually and our processes are similar to air traffic controllers managing information daily across a digital workspace.
We are located in a beautiful office building in Greenway Plaza. Our work environment is wide open and we have a very flat hierarchy. We invest heavily in people and technology and we provide advanced tools and training to all of our team members.
Responsibilities:
• Use in-house tools for processing information
• Solve problems independently
• Update database with detailed transactional information
• Interact on email with multiple people daily
• Coordinate information exchange with insurance companies
• Track and conduct expense analysis
• Adapt and learn at a high level
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Excel and Word
• Strong ability to learn and retain information
