We are looking for a  Medical Sales Manager who can drive growth, build strong relationships, and help expand our reach to individuals and organizations that can benefit from early detection.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a results-driven and strategic sales leader with a passion for health, wellness, and innovative medical technology. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive patient volume, forge partnerships, and increase brand awareness within the medical and wellness communities. This role requires a deep understanding of consultative sales, relationship-building, and the ability to educate potential clients on the value of TrueScan’s services.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you will work closely with our leadership, marketing, and clinical teams to drive business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans to increase patient acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and nurture partnerships with physicians, health practitioners, and corporate wellness programs.
  • Drive Patient Volume: Conduct outreach to potential clients through direct sales efforts, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify Market Opportunities: Analyze trends and insights to optimize sales strategies and target high-potential customer segments.
  • Track & Report Performance: Maintain and analyze sales data, ensuring alignment with revenue and growth goals.
  • Close Deals: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, conduct consultations, and convert leads into loyal customers.

What You’ll Bring

✔ Proven experience in  medical sales, healthcare marketing, or business development , ideally in a high-end wellness or aesthetics setting.

✔ Strong track record of  building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth in the healthcare sector.

✔ Excellent  communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills to engage both individual clients and healthcare professionals.

✔ Knowledge of  preventive healthcare, diagnostic imaging, or wellness solutions is a strong plus.

✔ Ability to  work independently, set ambitious goals, and execute sales plans with precision .

✔ Passion for health, wellness, and  transforming healthcare through early detection .
