Job Description

Kahn Architecture , a New York City based firm specializing in corporate interiors and retail architecture, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a range of marketing initiatives, including proposals, presentations, digital marketing content, and social media campaigns. This role also involves maintaining and updating the firm’s website to ensure it reflects our evolving portfolio and brand identity.

Working both independently and collaboratively, the Marketing Manager will engage directly with firm leadership to support and elevate our marketing efforts. This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a creative and fast-paced architectural environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce deadline-driven RFP proposals and related marketing deliverables.
• Create and maintain standard marketing collateral, including staff resumes and project sheets.
• Manage and curate content for the firm’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to enhance online presence and showcase the portfolio.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Maintain and manage the company website using Squarespace, ensuring content is current and aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain and manage company certifications and licenses.
• Support brand-building and business development initiatives.
• Work closely with ownership to strategize, develop and implement new systems for generating new business. 
• Design and coordinate marketing materials, company swag, and event collateral for employee engagement activities and client-facing events.
• Organize project photoshoots, including scheduling with clients and the photographer and staging coordination with the Director of Design.
• Contribute to proposal content and digital marketing efforts in collaboration with firm principals.
• Assist with sales-related tasks such as maintaining client contact lists and managing CRM database.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of professional experience in proposal development, writing, and/or marketing; experience in A/E/C industry preferred.
• 6+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, social media, web analytics and targeting, and creative development.
• Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively within a group.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling professional content.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Photoshop), Microsoft Suite, and other design programs.
