Marketing Manager (on-site)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. You will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, manage digital campaigns, and ensure alignment with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth
• Oversee day-to-day execution of digital marketing initiatives including social media, SEO, and email campaigns
• Conduct and analyze market research to inform strategy and positioning
• Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources
• Lead content creation efforts in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and generate reports on key metrics
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations, etc.) to ensure marketing objectives support overall business goals
• Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices, particularly within the healthcare industry

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
• Proficiency in SEO, social media marketing, and email campaign management
• Excellent skills in market research, competitive analysis, and data interpretation
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Bonus: Experience in the healthcare industry or telehealth sector
