Job Description

Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team in this hybrid position. Candidates must be willing to drive to Corvallis, OR up to 1-2 days/week. This is a fulltime, direct-hire opportunity that comes with excellent benefits.

Ideal Candidate: will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience), and bring a minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience, including proven leadership capabilities.

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a strategic and action-oriented Marketing Manager to drive the planning and execution of integrated marketing efforts that fuel global business growth. This role balances high-level strategy with hands-on execution, managing content development, marketing communications, digital campaigns, and brand positioning. You’ll collaborate across teams to align resources and priorities for maximum impact. Ideal for a versatile, team-oriented marketer who thrives in both strategic thinking and tactical delivery within a fast-paced, lean environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing: Lead internal planning and execution of marketing initiatives aligned with business goals, collaborating across teams for cohesive, cross-channel delivery.
  • Content & Communications: Oversee creation of content and materials for launches, brand positioning, demand generation, and sales enablement, ensuring clear, consistent messaging.
  • Digital Marketing & Campaigns: Direct digital campaigns across email, social, web, and paid media; track performance and optimize for results.
  • Website Management: Manage and update website content for relevance, accuracy, SEO, and user experience, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
  • Social Media & Content Strategy: Build and execute content strategies for social and digital platforms to drive engagement and brand visibility.
  • Team Management: Lead and support a small marketing team, aligning efforts with business goals and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, and Exec teams to align marketing with business priorities and integrate emerging trends and tools.

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in creating and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and motivating high-performing teams
  • Exceptional communication skills, including writing, editing, and presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficient in using a variety of marketing tools, such as CMS platforms, email marketing systems, automation software, and analytics tools
  • Adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting tight deadlines
  • Analytical and data-focused, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Effective at fostering collaboration and building relationships across cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; or an additional three years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • At least five years of marketing experience, including time spent in a leadership role
  • Prior experience in a B2B or tech-focused industry is preferred

Additional Information:

  • Occasional travel may be required (less than 10%)
  • Willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed to support events
