Responsibilities

• Five week temporary position to support the sales and marketing manager with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns. Must be able to start immediately.
• Must be available to work Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
• Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral
• Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows
• Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends
• Write and edit content for different platforms such as newsletter, social media, and website
• Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs
• Manage Social Media Campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Facebook Ads Manager
• Expert level familiarity with Social Media platforms such Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn
• Video Creation skills will be a great plus. If you have video editing skills please attach a portfolio.
• Preferred experience in sales or being a sales assistant

Summary

As a temporary Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing team in executing campaigns and driving brand awareness. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your role will involve utilizing core skills in marketing alongside premium skills in SEO, social media marketing, and digital marketing. You will also leverage relevant skills in Facebook Advertising and Google Analytics to analyze performance and optimize strategies. Your strong communication and time management abilities will be essential in coordinating projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
