Job Summary:
A private behavioral health program that specializes in working with patients from creative backgrounds in Ellicott City, MD is seeking a licensed mental health clinician to join their growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position, with an immediate need for a professional experienced in therapy and/or psychiatric medication management.
The practice primarily serves a diverse client base, especially patients coming from creative backgrounds, and neurodiverse individuals.
Responsibilities:
Provide therapeutic services and/or psychiatric support to clients in an outpatient setting.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans
Support mental health stabilization and recovery initiatives
Document patient progress and coordinate with other providers as needed
Qualifications:
Active clinical license in Maryland (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PMHNP, or equivalent)
Experience with psychiatric medication management (direct prescribing or coordination)
Strong clinical communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with EMR systems, Office Suite, and ADT training preferred
Ability to start as soon as possible
