Job Description
We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for an
International Kindergarten based in Beijing’s Changping district. This is a
full-time position starting in August 2025.
Job responsibilities
Together with teaching assistant, support the children in
their learning ‐journey
from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, during this time, you will:
Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged
5-6 as assigned by the school, creating an English learning environmentLesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom
activities organizationUtilize games, music, books, art, technology and other
resources to teach basic skills and foster children developmentCollaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff
members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate
classroom environment that is conducive to learningHelp children meet educational milestones through
personalized instruction and assess each child’s performance and progress on
regular basis
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in early childhood education or
related field of studyAt least 2 years’ related teaching experienceExperience in art teaching is preferredExcellent English communicative skills
Salary and benefits
Monthly salary is up to 23,000 RMB commensurate with
experience and qualificationsMonthly housing allowance of 4,000 RMBFree meals provided during workdaysPublic holidays20 days paid annual leaveHealth insurance and accident insuranceFees for work and residence permit covered
