Job Description

A unique opportunity exists to support a lovely HNW family in Miami as their Junior Personal Assistant reporting to the Chief of Staff as well as directly to the Principals. This role is ideal for someone who has some minimal experience as a Personal or Administrative Assistant and is looking to take their skills in private household service to the next level. You will be well mentored by the Chief of Staff who will provide ongoing support in the evolution of this new role. This fully-staffed home is well-established; however, there is an ongoing and growing need to help with various projects. The dynamics are ever-changing and so someone who is flexible and adaptable is essential.

Responsibilies

• Vendor management (scheduling and meeting with constant steam of vendors at household)
• Run local errands as needed
• Order/return products online as directed
• Assist with ad hoc projects at the home as they arise (able to jump in if other team members need help; no job too big/too small mentality)
• Coordinate maintenance of vehicles
• Light calendar management and travel coordination
• Provide coverage for Chief of Staff when out of office
• Misc. ad hoc projects as directed
• Trouble shoot technical issues

Additional information

Compensation: 60-70K depending on experience, plus benefits

Bonus target: discretionary

Hours: Full-time 9-5 (while these are core hours, a 24/7 mindset is essential)

Experience: 1-2 years administrative experience preferred

Location: a combination of on-site and remote as dictated by the needs of the principals

Relocation candidates will not be considered at this time

About you

• Strong communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem solving and comfortable working across executive resource team
• Must have a car, driver’s license and clean driving record
• 1-2 years of work experience in an administrative capacity preferred
• Tech savvy overall ; comfortable in a Mac environment, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Adobe, and others as needed
• Spanish proficiency a plus
• Comfortable around children
• 4-year college degree preferred
