About the Role

As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will be an integral part of the sales team, combining your technical

expertise and relationship-building skills to support sales efforts and drive revenue. You will play a key role in designing customized HVAC solutions, engaging with clients, and managing proposal

development. This role offers a dynamic blend of technical and sales responsibilities, providing an

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the HVAC and climate

control industry.

• Respond to customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and technical support.

• Design and prepare technical documentation, including dimensional drawings and

specifications.

• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to create customized HVAC solutions

tailored to client needs.

• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.

• Assist in the development and organization of sales tools to streamline the sales process.

• Coordinate customer factory visits and witness testing, ensuring seamless communication

between departments.

• Support the sales team with technical presentations and documentation preparation for bid

processes.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using a CRM system.

• Monitor market trends, identifying new sales opportunities and staying informed about industry

developments.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Participate in trade shows, training sessions, and industry events to enhance brand awareness

and network with potential clients.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 2-3 years of experience in HVAC systems design, equipment sales, or a technical sales role.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to develop tailored customer solutions.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts

to non-technical audiences.

• Experience with CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel occasionally across North America for client meetings and industry events.
