Position: IT Project Manager

Location: 2 days onsite in San Antonio, TX 78205

Duration: contract through September 2026 (extensions and/or permanent possible)

Pay Rate: $42-47/hour (depending on experience)

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
• 4-5 years of experience managing the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects for government agencies and public institutions.
• 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables. Working with technical and non-technical team members.
• Experience overseeing the implementation and testing of systems, software, and hardware, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Plusses:

• PMP Certification, Agile Certification, PMI-ACP, or equivalent

Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is looking for an Information Technology Project Manager to sit on site in San Antonio, Texas. This candidate will have experience in the Public Sector industry leads projects related to technology implementation. The role involves organizing, planning, and supervising IT projects, including budget management, stakeholder communication, and adherence to timelines. The manager should have expertise in technology, project management methodologies, and financial management. Key responsibilities include ensuring the project's progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and updating project documentation.

IG Consultants: While on contract, you will be an Insight Global employee working for a particular company/end client on W2.

• Pay Day: You will be paid out each Friday and one week in arrears. This means you will receive payment for this week’s hours next Friday.
• Holidays/Time Off: While a consultant through Insight Global, the hours you work are they hours you will be paid. We do not offer paid sick days, paid time off, or paid holidays, except as required by applicable law.
