Superintendent required in the Northeast with Industrial/tilt experience - open to travel

Well-established industrial general contractor, established in 1976 with 625million square feet of construction delivered nationwide. They have earned multiple ENR Top 400 Contractor Rankings, including being among the country’s Top 10 for Distribution & Warehouses for 5 consecutive years.

Looking for a General Superintendent to oversee 5-18 projects at time + Traveling Superintendents in the Region.

Your new role

• Support in all phases—from pre-construction through closeout
• Help manage subcontractor bids, prequalifications, and scopes
• Support document reviews, shop drawing approvals, and specification compliance
• Track and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
• Participate in regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and accuracy
• Assist with project closeout, punch list coordination, and warranty documentation
• Communicate proactively with field teams, clients, and vendors
• Act as a problem-solver alongside PMs, Superintendents, and Engineers

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial construction
• Familiarity with project scheduling and construction documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CMiC or Viewpoint a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A detail-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit
