About the Role

Our financial services client is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team in Blaine, MN. This is an on-site position where you’ll manage bookkeeping and payroll services for 100+ clients while working closely with the owner. The ideal candidate has strong QuickBooks expertise , thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, and enjoys client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bookkeeping for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with GAAP
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare financial statements, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations
• Process payroll and payroll taxes across various platforms
• Handle 30+ applications daily across multiple screens (bank accounts, payroll systems, state revenue portals, etc.)
• Communicate with clients and vendors to provide excellent customer service
• Work independently while collaborating with a team of four

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online & Desktop)
• Experience managing multiple clients and onboarding new accounts
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills
• Knowledge of payroll taxes, financial statement preparation, and general accounting principles
• Tech-savvy with workflow management & timesheet tracking experience
• Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
