Job Description

A well-established Financial Advisory firm is seeking an experienced administrative professional with excellent execution, organization, and technology skills. This is a fast-paced office working closely with the CEO of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages the calendar of the President and assists in the setup of meetings and travel (minimal % of time)
  • Assists in the execution of projects by performing a wide variety of project oriented tasks including but not limited to Excel reporting, data input, and report writing/editing
  • Assists with the execution of sales proposals including interfacing with clients and key stakeholders
  • Interact with clients and key stakeholders
  • Other special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in an Administrative or Executive Assistant role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Proven competence in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Detailed oriented with proven organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
