Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager / Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5+ years of office management or sales administration experience and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and supporting our executive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and handle supply ordering and inventory.
  • Support sales administration, including pricing updates and report generation.
  • Create and maintain Excel reports using advanced features (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
  • Post and manage content on the company’s LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks (onboarding paperwork, record keeping, etc.) as needed.
  • Develop fillable forms and e-signature documents using Adobe Acrobat (training available if needed).
  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and internal communications.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in office management or sales administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills required).
  • Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with LinkedIn or other social media platforms for business use.
  • Adobe Acrobat form creation experience a plus (or willingness to learn).
  • HR or recruiting experience is a plus but not required.
