Are you a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant ready to make an impact in the tech industry? Our fast-growing and innovative technology company is seeking a talented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide seamless support to our dynamic leadership team while ensuring smooth office operations. This is your chance to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment where your contributions will directly drive the company’s success.

What’s in it for you?

This is more than just an assistant role – it’s a pivotal position where you will support high-level executives while also playing a key role in managing day-to-day office operations. You will work alongside visionary leaders and be involved in a variety of exciting tasks that keep the company moving forward. As part of our energetic team, you’ll gain invaluable experience, build relationships with senior leadership, and grow your career in the tech space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Provide top-notch administrative assistance to a team of executives, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Calendar & Scheduling Management: Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and priorities, optimizing the executives' time and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
  • Global Travel Coordination: Handle travel arrangements, both domestic and international, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Event Planning: Help organize company events, offsites, and team-building activities that foster company culture and employee engagement.
  • Office Management: Oversee office operations, ensuring the space is well-organized, stocked, and ready for business. Manage vendor relationships and office-related logistics.
  • Strategic & Research Support: Assist with preparing for board meetings, conducting research, and preparing meeting notes, presentations, and reports.
  • Special Projects: Take on ad-hoc special projects as needed, providing key administrative support that helps the business thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting high-level executives, ideally in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Organization & Time Management: Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage a variety of projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (such as Asana, Trello, etc.) is a must. Experience with tech company platforms is a bonus.
  • Strong Communicator: Clear, concise, and professional in both written and verbal communication. You know how to articulate ideas and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive & Team-Oriented: Self-starter with a positive, flexible attitude and the ability to collaborate with different teams across the company.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but we value your experience and drive above all else.
  • Onsite Presence: Enthusiastic about being in the office to contribute to the team’s success and foster a positive workplace environment.
