Who are we looking for?

We have a strong pipeline of exciting and career-enhancing full-time and part-time assignments across the Biotech, Marketing, Fintech, Consumer Goods, Pharma and Technology sectors, and we're interested in hearing from Ethics and Compliance Analysts to join us and commence their LOD journey.

To join us, you will:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Need to have a minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a risk related role, prior experience in a law firm or in-house legal department preferred.
• Familiarity with NavEx software – RiskRate and EthicsPoint .
• Strong proficiency with computer skills, including Powerpoint and Excel .
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional groups and external stakeholders to set objectives and achieve results.
• Comfortable with data analytics and learning new systems.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess exceptional attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage a high-volume workload.
• Possess a professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

• Manage key databases and processes, extracting and analyzing data for the global team.
• Support Ethics and Compliance team to streamline new or existing practices, and develop and drive improved compliance with processes/policies, optimizing workflows.
• Develop reports, metrics, and dashboards as needed to support the goals and initiatives of the team.
• Track and maintain:
• Offline Training
• Online Training
• Internal investigation data
• KYC and TPRM data
• Other duties as needed.
